After the 'needs' in the house, it's time for the 'wants'. These are the reason why I burst my budget by around 10k. 😂 
I hacked the wall between my living room and kitchen. But according to fengshui, it is not good for door to face window directly. So I went ahead with a fluted sliding door for both fengshui and privacy. 
This has to the biggest want in the house. Now I can play all I want. 
Doing customised room doors with glass is also a expensive choice but no regrets for this decision. I like how the natural light spill from both the rooms into this corner here. 
I've also invested in an electronic toilet bowl bidet. Hunted high and low for a suitable throne. I'm glad Rigel has a quite an affordable toilet bowl with bidet. That's all the things I splurge on.
