Before
Before the renovation, the kitchen had an open passage from the entryway left by the previous owner—which we decided to close off to create a storeroom. The kitchen originally featured old cabinets, dated wall and floor tiles, and exposed pipes. It was in need of major work, so we completely stripped it down to the bare structure and even removed a wall to expand the space and create a larger, more functional kitchen.
After
After the renovation, the kitchen feels brighter and more spacious. The cabinet chosen features deep drawers which offer easy access and a clean, contemporary look. We chose a light wood colour for the cabinets to complement the marble countertop. This create a harmonious balance of elegance and warmth that truly elevates the heart of the home.
On the opposite side of the kitchen, we placed accessories in bold, striking colors. The contrast adds depth and personality to the space.
We chose Arabescato Grigio marble over sintered stone for our countertop. This precious material features a blend of gold and grey hues and a sophisticated balance of bold and delicate veining. It was love at first sight and we knew it had to be part of our kitchen. We opted for open shelving from the same marble to make it feels elegant and timeless.
We went to Polystone at Sungei Kadut to choose our countertop stone. This beauty was love at first sight and the rest was history🥰
