Every new home comes with its set of decisions, and the kitchen is always the toughest for us especially when there are so many details to think through. But one thing was clear for us - Fujioh stayed on the list.
We went for it because of the colour and the sleek profile that blends effortlessly into the kitchen. We first used their hood and hob in our very first home, and it served us so well that choosing Fujioh again this time was honestly a no-brainer.
What took us some time, though, was deciding between an induction hob and a conventional one. Both have their pros, so we really sat down to think it through.
1. Conventional Considerations:
β’ Better heat control for long hours of cooking
β’ Works with all types of cookware
β’ Great for dishes that need high, steady heat like soups and stews
2. Induction Considerations:
β’ Super easy to clean β one wipe and itβs done
β’ Faster heating and great for quick meals
β’ Modern, minimalist look
β’ Safer since the surface doesnβt stay hot for long
In the end, because we cook soup very often and prefer the kind of heat control a conventional stove gives, we decided to stick with it. No regrets β it fits our cooking style perfectly while keeping the kitchen looking exactly how we envisioned it.
Fujioh once again for the win. π₯
