Our Renovation Cost Breakdown!

Here's the cost breakdown for our renovation. Our carpentry formed a big bulk of our cost because of our high ceiling! (In case you guys are not aware - ceiling above 3m often get charged a separate premium above the initial quoted rates!) Our decking surprisingly cost less via our ID vs going direct with the same supplier (That's even including supplier's loyalty discount - my mum's vinyl were done by them) Our featured curve wall were supposed to cost double, but we discussed with the ID and went with cheaper partition instead as that's purely for cosmetic purpose with no actual usage.
