This is our feature in the house, where we could have different sets of friends/relatives came at the same time, and have conversations with minimal noise. We also love to have high teas in this room. We even hosted a number of high teas for family & friends! The details for the borders of the the dining room door was the results where I researched and created a moodboard of several border designs. Tada! Thats the result! We made it a door that can closed fully as so in the future, when the kids grew up, they could have their own room! We also prefer to close the door to eat when the kids were playing/throwing balls around the living room as so that it won't accidentally hit us or our food. We added in a Monstera to make the dining room lively! Indeed it does the job! We added in storage cubes consisting of toys and the play tent as so that the kids could still play & be within our view while we are eating. We added in pillows as so that we can still sit on it, be comfortable and enjoy some conversations with the kids On the other side of the dining room, we have a mini fridge for refreshment for guests and a toaster oven to have a simple toast for breakfast without the need to travel to the kitchen. We added in a designed frame to live up the other side of the room. The white placemats is waterproof and its affordable from spotlight! This was the design drawn and the measurements, to hack and place the feature door. Before hacking. Fresh flowers never fails to freshen up the house! The white clean look that we love! Hope you've enjoyed our 3rd post!
