Our moving in ceremony

Following our family's advice, we held a simple moving-in ceremony known as 谢土. In our tradition, it's a way of thanking the 土地公 (Earth Deity) after renovation works, as it's believed that construction may have disturbed the land. More than anything, it's a symbolic ceremony to bless our home with good health, happiness, harmony, and prosperity as we start making new memories here. 🏡✨ 
We also prepare some fruits, some angpao to put at home and had some mua chee and tang yuan as well! 
If any one is keen, these are the items we purchased and what we read out. We struck 4D after we moved in hahaha (small small amount only) but it's a 好彩头
