We’ve been using this dual rack to hold our dishwashing sponge and washed utensils.
We initially considered attaching holders directly onto the sink, but realised we preferred keeping the sink surface clear for easier cleaning.
The rack is from Taobao and has been one of our better buys — it rusts slightly over time, but we’ve only replaced it once in 2 years. 🤭 Still hoping to find one that looks minimalistic and all plastic, so it won’t rust.
We also installed just one built-in soap dispenser, which we use for hand soap.
A small S-hook to hold our hand towel. We like that it hangs freely, making it easier to dry properly instead of being attached to the wall or cabinet.
Aesthetic dishwashing soap bottle paired with Bulbul’s diatomite coaster to absorb excess water. I love this so much! It’s a little pricey, but the quality is really good.
Overall, we prefer keeping our sink area minimal and clutter-free, without suction holders or wall attachments etc etc, so it’s easier to clean and feels more visually calming. Though the yellow sponge 🧽 got to go. 🤣 We used to buy grey sponges from Taobao, but this time we needed it urgently so we bought the typical yellow sponge. 🤭🤣 It’s all in the little details.
