    Introducing our open kitchen concept which we absolutely love! The island centrepiece has served us well when we have large groups of friends over. We did away with island stools to make the space free-flow and seamless.

    Subway tiles with some variation in shades at the back to blend with the look and to contrast against the earthy green top cupboards.

    Curved edges are what we love to go for around the house as they add such a calming look. The open drying rack has definitely been a decision we have not regretted - prevents rusting.

    There was a wall that we were unable to remove due to its structural fixture, so we chose to make it into a little corner to stash away snacks so the mess will not be seen from the front when they pile up. This little corner has been really functional for our "kitchen operations"!
