Hello hello & once again, welcome to our home. In this home, we don’t have a dedicated entryway as part of the layout, so we had to get creative with our foyer area. Instead of built-ins, we opted for a flexible, DIY-friendly approach that allows us to adapt as our needs change. This little bench is also a storage compartment & it hides away some exercise equipment!

The names behind p.j_home hehe. Actually got this customised even before having a home! It was during covid time & so the hooks were for keys/masks. After hanging this up on the wall, I realised that we have no keys as we were using digital lock 😂

Our latest addition is this shoe cabinet from Taobao, which we self-assembled and were thrilled to find—it matches perfectly with our first shoe cabinet (check out picture 5!). We created a “parking lot” for our little one’s trike and strollers (another stroller parked at their playgroup).

To keep things functional, we added a stand for mister’s basketball and umbrella.

Oh, and about that first shoe rack—let’s just say I underestimated mister’s shoe collection. 😅 He ended up taking over my space! Meanwhile, I just stick to a few pairs on rotation because, really, how many shoes do you need? How do you style your entryway? Do you prefer built-in designs or flexible setups like ours?
