With reno works still happening around our unit, getting some privacy (and keeping the dust at bay) was non-negotiable — cue: curtains and blinds to the rescue! We explored quite a few options including gorgeous Korean linen-style blinds but many were almost 4x the cost of our final choice. In the end, we went with Curtains House Singapore via Everyworks.com, and we’re so glad we did. Affordable, fuss-free, and they delivered exactly what we wanted. For our living room and master bedroom, we chose wall-mounted, full floor-to-ceiling day & night curtains to frame the space and soften the natural light. Day Curtain: L2 Ivory White Night Curtain: M1 Cream (99% blackout) — perfect for evening wind-downs Cost: $225 For our walk-in wardrobe and study, we went with Shangri-La blinds in SL666-3 Wheat — they’re sleek, functional, and easy to clean (a win for dusty zones!). Cost: $262 All in, total damage was $970 (incl. GST) — and we think it was so worth it. These soft furnishings have made our space feel more lived-in, private, and finally like home.
