Our Almost Reno Regret Part 5 – Dining Area Hanging Lights

This one is really subjective and depends a lot on the type of hanging lights you choose. Some really enhance the mood and look stunning. We love hanging lights too 🥰 But for our home, however, we felt that dining hanging lights might limit future flexibility in our home layout. In the end, we decided to go for a corner boba-style accent light instead, which still adds character without restricting our options down the line. We also decided to have a fan in the dining area, so a hanging light was out haha, it would just be spinning with the fan! Having never lived in a west-facing home before, we wanted to be well prepared. Hubs is a han bao bao 💦, so we have basically “spammed” fans all over the house to stay comfortable! 🤭 PS: A sneak peek of our WIP entryway here!
