🏠 Our 4-Room Resale HDB Renovation — How Much We Spent

Finally getting around to sharing a little about our home renovation! 🥹✨ We bought a resale 4-room HDB and wanted something soft, cosy and colourful, rather than the usual all-white/grey. Our style is basically Scandi + pastel + a little boho 🌸🌿 
✨ What we renovated 🏠 Whole house painting + changed all doors and windows 🪵 Whole house vinyl overlay ⚡ Whole house electrical rewiring 
✨ Added false ceilings to the living room and kitchen 
💻 Created a new study room 
Entrance to the kitchen We changed from old hdb opening into curve design 
Sintered stone dining table that match our kitchen Counter top 
🍳 Completely hacked and redid the kitchen 
Added a wall to create a separate service yard area with a glass sliding door 
Hide rubbish chute area with built in carpentry 
🚿 For both toilets, we kept the original condition since they had already gone through HIP a few years ago. Instead, we changed the doors and replaced all the toilet accessories and fixtures with new ones.
