Hello everyone! You found us here 😊 Welcome to this little space of ours 🤗✨ Here is our floor plan, a 4-room 93 sqm BTO. We cannot wait to show you the completed transformation! Next week, we will finally be getting our keys after such a long wait. So excited for this new chapter to begin! 🏡✨ 
Our BTO story: We received a queue number in the high 600s out of 8XX, so we initially thought our chances of getting our desired project in the estate were slim. However, to our surprise, over 200 applicants dropped out during the unit selection period, significantly improving our odds 🫢 So, don’t give up hope if you get a high queue number! 💪 Anything can happen. We managed to secure a unit on a decent level, although it does face the west sun. While we couldn’t have everything perfect, our main criteria were met: avoiding units directly facing neighbours and those requiring us to walk past other units 👀 What we learned from this experience is to be realistic and prepare for possible disappointments, as your desired unit may be chosen by others before your turn 😳 Therefore, it’s best to shortlist a few units beforehand to ensure you have backup options on selection day.
