Minimal works will done for our resale home, so this highlights the major changes that'll be done! 
Wanted a curtain pelmet and false ceiling. I wanted this EXACT design sofa and my ID added it before I even told him anything 🤣 
No built ins, will be buying a TV console! Also the kind I will buy 🤣 my ID knows me so well 
Opted out of the carpentry above the fridge to save some cost. Also have better flexibility in the future to change to fridges of other heights 
Opted out of hob and hood because we're opting for a portable induction cooker 😆 to save cost too!

Also opted for curtain pelmet here, to block the sunlight because I have to sleep in super dark rooms 
An L shape wardrobe to fit into our bedroom, and a niche for charging phone etc! Opted for the curved edge as I am afraid to knock into it.
