Hello everyone! Welcome to our service yard. We didn’t pay much attention to the service yard as we can hide it using the service yard doors. Other than the usual washing and drying machine, we decided to get an organiser for sorting out the detergent solutions and laundry basket. 
For us, we have been debating long about whether to get this dryer but trust us, it is definitely time saving though the downside is some of your clothes might shrink. 
We also decided to relocate our storage heater from the common bathroom to the service yard as is rather bulky and stands out in the common bathroom. One consideration you have to make though is that the original laundry rack has to be removed and changed out for a smaller one. 
If it’s possible, do try to have some electrical points or water points in the service yard for charging of electrical appliances like our trusty Dyson Vacuum cleaner. 
If you have your service yard facing the common corridors like ours, you can install privacy films on the service yard doors. There are many sellers out that in the market so just do your research before buying. That’s it folks! See y’all in the next post :)
