One last look: Our styled 3BR BTO newlywed nest 🏡✨

Hi all! Welcome to @casadecalni 👋🏼 We got married in March 2024 and moved into this 3BR BTO at Punggol Point Cove, which belongs to my father-in-law (FIL), in May 2024. Long story short, we managed to successfully appeal for our own place last September! Fast forward to today, we’re in the midst of doing defect checks at our new 3BR EC in Yishun, and we can’t wait to begin our next chapter there with our little chub, who’s turning 4 months old soon! 👶🏻 The renovation here was overseen by my FIL, but he left the styling entirely to us. As a little closure before our upcoming move, here’s a look at some of our favourite corners in this home 🏡✨ 
First up, the entryway. Our trusty flip shoe cabinet has kept us neat this past year, though it only fits 4 pairs per tier 😅 The top is our favourite spot, styled with wedding photos and gifts... little daily reminders that this home is a blessing in this season of our lives! 💕 
We added an Electrolux handstick vacuum beside the shoe cabinet, but it ended up being a bit of a white elephant. Our Roborock Q Revo has been the one we rely on for daily cleaning. 
Next up, our living room and dining area. 
Space is precious in our little home, so this dining table doubles as my work desk. 
This coffee table is hands-down our favourite! Hidden inside are my husband’s endless boardgames. We’ve shared countless cosy meals here while binging Netflix together. 
Onto the master bedroom! Our storage bed, a hand-me-down from my parents, turned out to be the perfect hiding spot for luggage and later the many baby essentials gifted to us before our little chub arrived. We completed the setup with a chest of drawers, a dressing table and stackable stools. 
Lastly, here’s our kitchen in its early days. We’ve made a few switches along the way, such as swapping the microwave oven for a UV steriliser once parenthood began. 
This 3-step ladder has been a lifesaver for our high-ceiling home. We love how its slim frame slides perfectly into the space beside our fridge. Definitely recommend! 🥰 We also bought a 5-step black ladder from the same seller. 
This house has been such a blessing in our newlywed and new-parent season. As we get ready to move, we’ll always treasure the cosy moments we had here! ❤️
