We got a parcel box placed right outside our main door. It wasn’t something we initially thought much about during renovation, but after living with it, I can confidently say it’s one of the most practical features we’ve added! 
We customized decal stickers to paste on it to indicate to the delivey persons where to put the respective items - one for food deliveries and another for parcels! 
The top-most is a normal compartment to place items, which is really useful when we order food deliveries for the delivery person to place the food items securely! 
The second layer is a drop-in mechanism compartment. Couriers can easily place parcels inside even when we’re not home, and everything stays safely locked away until we return. 
Tadah! The parcel drops to the bottom compartment which has a digital lock that we can unlock using passcode or thumbprint. Not having to rush home for deliveries or worry about parcels going missing has been a huge relief. Whether it’s work essentials, home items, or the occasional online splurge, everything waits safely for us inside the box. It’s a purchase that’s well worth the money!
