Ever since Covid happened, my company has transitioned to full work from home arrangements. So when we bought a new place, we kept the smallest room empty of built-ins and made it into my office. We bought an Everdesk for this room, and the Secretlab chair was brought over from our previous home. 
I recently added a Billy bookshelf for more storage and hide my clutter. 
My Zoom background and more storage for all my clutter. The only "plant" in the room is actually an air purifier from Zero 2.5.
