Welcome to our dining room, mainly in darker wood colour consisting of our extendable dining table and our wall system! Our dining table extends to 2.3m on days we have gatherings. I would say it fits 8-10 pax comfortably. Most of the time, only 1 side is extended to fit the 6 chairs we have. We love this space as it doubles as a work desk when we work from our laptops or need a larger space to have some discussions. While it’s not easy to maintain, we found wood oil that repel water and also it’s easier to handle our table nowadays. Also we have make shift table cloth that can be thrown into the washer when needed! 
This is how the extended version looks like. Its very well built and sturdy. Also its light and easy to move about when we have bigger gatherings. Featuring my favourite coffee brand - Blue bottle. 
Beside our dining table we also have a so called dry pantry area. The water filter comes with a 7L tank hence we can place it anywhere that is convenient. We chose to put it together with our coffee machines since we will be able to access tea, coffee, cups all from this area. Making us walk lesser to the kitchen and also freeing up kitchen counter top space! 
How the dining room looks like during renovations. We covering the marble floor with vinyl as well as painted the walls less grey.
