Introducing our service yard! Spent a long time calculating and configuring the space to best maximise it, and love how functional it is despite being a tight space. 
To the right is our main storage area featuring a 3-tier rack from Taobao effortfully built by us. The top serves as extra space for folding clothes and other tasks. Middle rack is for white laundry, storing of sponges & wipes, and storing of cleaning products. Bottom rack has an open space for our bigger laundry basket to hold the bulk of our dirty clothes, along with additional storage space.

To the left is our washer dryer. Topped with a hanger organizer and space for our pegs and detergent pods. We maximised vertical space with magnetic hooks 
Plastic bag holder for easy access to refill the dustbin 
No regrets getting a Steigen! As our unit doesn’t get much sun, this has been a great help with drying our clothes 
DIYed a laundry guide to add a personal touch to the space 
We experienced moths and flies in the initial days of moving in so an insect net was definitely needed. We got our retractable version from Taobao but may not recommend as the installation turned out to be more effortful and complicated than expected. Thanks for staying till be end!
