Welcome! The post today is a little special - sharing more about my hobby: matcha! P.s featuring my Muji cup which is a dupe of the kinto cup
You really don't need much to start making matcha at home. You just need: (1) Chawan (2) Chasen (3) Sieve (4) Matcha Powder (6) Optional: measuring cups / weighing scales / bamboo spoon I am tagging a beginners set which I still use to this day!
This is my favourite cup for matcha - from kinto!
I got this chosen from mori matcha. I find that it helps me create matcha with better foam, possibly because of the longer spout.
This is a 200ml measuring cup. I use it to measure milk for matcha lattes.
If you are a matcha addict like me, you will soon realise you don't have enough space for your matcha - powder, tools, and more. Also, you may want a dedicated space for your beloved matcha :) If you don't have space in your kitchen, I got you! welcome to the matcha cart.
I ordered cute little organisers to organise cups, tools...
Here I store my weighing scale, more cups.
Finally on top I store all my matcha.
This cart can be wheeled around the house too! Super convenient.
