pov: you’re out for another weekend for house viewing again and your brain is completely fried 🫠
we’ve been there. 26 times, actually.
so we made a system. spreadsheets, annotations on site maps, stacking plan etc…🤓📊
swipe to steal our exact checklist before your next viewing — you’ll never look at a site map the same way again 👀
save this. your future home depends on it 🫶
Selecting where you want to live in first is extremely important! Helps to filter out which district and places to go! Also, consider if schools, transport etc are important factors to you!
Within the same development, there can be many different stacks - inward facing, outward facing, expressway facing etc! These are often overlooked points!
Helps to plan your renovation and design idea in advance along with the furnitures that you might need!
We find these helpful! Especially if we realised a unit that we viewed some times ago has been "stuck" - give us more leeway for negotiation (because agent often take down listing and reposting it tom make the listing look fresh!)
