part of our living room aesthetics are blinds in soft wood colour this colour/ blinds choice helps to give the living area a ‘muji-scandi’ vibe but say real, manually pulling this blinds is lowkey a chore and bcos we chose blinds and not curtains … 
our living space is kind of elongated, that is being shared with our dining space my husb enjoys having loved ones over & this space shall be where most ✨social interaction & conversation✨ occurs as you can see from my very cute illustrations above, this small space can actually accommodate 10 people. • round sofa - 1 pax • longer sofa - 3 pax • dining chairs - 6 pax pulling out 3 dining chairs, allows everyone to be seated around together comfortably (if you get what i mean). 
snack table and make shift coffee table was added long after we moved in husb and i often lounge here after our work commitments for show/ movie nights with drinks & snacks we had no where to place our cups and snack bowl and often resort to a foldable chair as our ‘table’ 😂 snack table is low key one of my fav find bcos we can choose to have it sitting (like in the photo) or standing up. we got ours from comfort furniture and later saw an exact more cost-friendly piece from hipvan. highly recommended 💯 ✅ small ✅ sleek ✅ very functionable ✅ hides my wires

… it affects this no-tv set up - not so ideal in the day 🥲 to fully enjoy the theatre vibe, a full black out curtain will be needed since we opted for binds, pulling the binds all the way down is helpful but, this limits the airflow … enjoy netflix in the day? It is ngl tough 🥲 nonetheless, we still like the no tv, clean look ☺️
