Hello, we’re KH & MS from @hwashan_, and we’re really happy you’re here with us today. 😊 The kitchen was the biggest part of our renovation budget, and we took our time to figure out what worked best for us. There were a few changes along the way—not really regrets, just learning as we went! 
Here’s a throwback to the 'before'—the seller’s kitchen. It was a standard galley layout with two sinks (likely handy for their family size). 
Also, the common toilet was in the kitchen, which wasn’t ideal. 
Then came our mock-up phase with our ID. We started with a wood-and-white & grey tone. It looked nice, but something felt missing—it didn’t quite hit the mark. Tip: When planning your kitchen, don’t just focus on how it looks. Talk to your ID about choosing durable materials for cabinets and surfaces. You’ll thank yourself once the daily cooking and cleaning begin. 
After some tweaking, we settled on this color scheme and layout. 
We’re really happy with how it turned out. :)
