Got this hood and hob package from Mayer at Gaincity. Decent deal when bought together. Hood is loud even at the lowest suction. Way too loud on max suction. Comes with a bright 6500k light. Induction has a flexi zone for odd shape pans. They gave free tefal pots and pans as part of the package. Definitely install a cob light as well for light what your hands touch. 
Installed a pink gas heater from cityenergy, so far working well, takes about 10seconds before feeling the water becoming gradually hotter. Smart appliance as well can control from phone. Had a problem finding a spot for robot vacuum and we ended up placing it here and had to route the discharge pipe to the other side. We also painted the service yard.
