What are some of the tips you had learnt from visiting other people's houses?
At one of our friend's housewarming party, we found that they couldn't fully open their refrigerator door because it was placed right beside the wall/bomb shelter. They also had to constantly worry about disfiguring the refrigerator door if they accidentally opened it forcefully, knocking against the wall or door handle of the bomb shelter.
So lesson learnt from other people's experience: Plan for space allowance between the wall and your refrigerator if you're facing a similar layout - it could be a casement shelf or a row of drawers! Otherwise, choose a refrigerator where you can customize the direction in which the door opens and make it swing in the opposite direction away from the wall!
Passing on this little piece of knowledge for homeowners who are about to start their kitchen renovation soon 🌟
