Above image is the before sight of our master bathroom. Apparently the blue “bathtub” style seemed to be trending in the past. But we personally still find the shower space too narrow. So our ID helped out on the re-layout of the bathroom…
We personally don’t like having too much glass in the house. Hence we opted in for a built up concrete wall for our shower divider instead of a glass panel. Saves the cleaning of water marks too!
Ta da ! So we swapped the shower area with the basin area. Having a walk-in rainshower kind of vibe as long as you open our bathroom door. Detailed with mosaic tiles border to resemble bali vibes toilets.
Welcome to our common bathroom! Once again, we went for fluted door but this time round - slide and swing door due to the space constraint @ the entrance area.
Went with the subway tiles in herringbone style from Hafary to have more personality and texture to the whole bathroom as we have decided to keep the colour tones very neutral.
Heading down to L1… we have decided to switch our bathroom to a powder room instead. Hence, no shower head on L1. Here’s a photo for in-progress. We really like the floor to ceiling tiling design!
Decided to replace the powder room windows with Peranakan block tiles to allow the sun rays shine in as that is the balcony area.
Thanks for walking through with us on our bathrooms designs! Our home is still a work-in-progress day by day and we welcome you to join us on this journey! Follow us on @wongtorful.home for more day to day updates 🤭
