Finally penning this down. The inspection checks
One major thing we discovered are our tiles were hollow at the kitchen and bomb shelter.
After we have done this checks, we contacted the hdb branch and they sent the contractor down to check with us.
News is they might need to hack down the kitchen and service yard floor to put new tiles!!!
Cause there were many unevenly laid tiles and some were hollow.
Plus yard has water pooling and tiles around the pipes we very poorly done.
Anyone has experience because of the two pipings we can’t do a sliding door for service yard?
For the rest of the house minor issues like door slanting, window handles loose and mismatch (there we handles that from brand A/B/C all at one side)
Feedback to the contractor, they agreed to look for one of the same and change them back.
All in all the things he spotted were significant and worth the change. While for the doors alignment and handles, hdb contractors himself said that nowadays doors we like this were due to the walls being slant. And it’s normal (?!)
He still provided us with detailed report of the findings. Even tho we got a complimentary defect checks, he was still quite thorough in his checks t
