Dedicated corner in the kitchen to store spices and condiments. Love how it can air my dry goods like onions, potatoes and garlic so they can last longer and so reachable for meal preps. 
Kitchen towel rack that make use of the empty space below the cabinet. To add on, use a magnetic hook to place small item like my mini measuring cup for my Balmuda oven 
Towel rack just above the sink to keep it dry and fresh. Not taking up another space but making use of the dishrack carpentry
