How We Made Room for Everything!

  • How We Made Room for Everything!
Between laundry, pets, cleaning supplies and random household chaos, this corner could’ve easily turned into a dumping ground. But instead, we gave it purpose. 1. Zones Over Items Instead of asking “Where does this go?”, I asked “What’s this area for?” Cleaning tools went near the chute. Laundry items stayed near the washer. Every category got its own zone – no overthinking. 2. Use Your Height We stored bulk paper goods and towels up top, things we don’t need every day but still need somewhere clean and reachable. And most importantly, we don’t stock up extras, or over purchase just because it’s on discount. We purchase only when we’re running out 3. Keep It Soft, Not Strict Not everything has a label or box. Some drawers are simply for “bags and cloths.” It works because we use them daily – no fussing needed. 4. Let the Space Breathe Even with so much packed in, the space doesn’t feel heavy. Leaving the dining table and counter edges free gives the whole corner room to exhale. This isn’t a Pinterest-perfect utility zone. But it’s real, and it flows with our daily life – and that’s what makes it work.
