Clean entryway with lots of hidden storage accessible from multiple spaces. Focal point naturally lands on the beautiful mosaic floor that cleverly hides dust and transition the outside world into cozy home. 
Entry way invites guests into the dry pantry area with a large beautiful slab of Aphrodite marble from Brazil. 
Soft curtain and wooden beams frames the room. The wooden beam conceals electrical wiring and aircon piping while keeping the ceiling height at maximum. Low sofa also helps to optically accentuate the ceiling height. 
Major changes to this area, where do you think cost cuts went to! One simple decision to keep the aesthetics while cutting cost down by at least 7-8K. Look out for actual photos to see how it turned out! 
Looks beautiful in renders but we did a major revamp and it turned out much better! Can you guess what we changed and why? 
We thought it looked perfect here. But went ahead and changed everything. That decision underscores the importance of understanding spaces, environment, climate and interactions.
