Welcome to our little home. A place for our family of five to live, learn and play. These photos were from a photoshoot done three years ago when we first moved in. The place has evolved slightly now. We will share more about the lived in space and our experiences, reno regrets, things we love and don’t love so much in other other posts.
We chose light wood and white because we want the space to feel open. Lighter colour reflects light better too, so the space will be brighter.
Our iconic balcony door that we splurged on
We have since upgraded our TV to a Samsung Frame.
This is our entryway cabinet to store all the essentials also a drop zone for us to leave our items temporarily when we come home.
A fully open kitchen to let the light in! This house doesn’t have enough windows, so this is the best solution to bring in more natural light.
My favourite spot in the house
A nice view of our glass backsplash
Where we watch the kids as we prepare food in teh kitchen
Miss our once empty balcony
Our master bedroom wardrobe. We should have put more thoughts into the in-cabinet space planning. It is now our biggest and most expensive reno regret.
This was a temporary bed sent to us by Hipvan because the bed we bought had a delay in shipment. I ended up loving this bed more, but in the end we still chose to go with the bed we bought.
The most luxurious place in our home. 😆
Peek into the living room from the kids room! Or more like for us to peek at our kids to check they are doing in the room. Either way, we love this arch window.
