We envisioned this space to be the heart of the home where meals and gathering happen. 
A spacious kitchen is important for us and hence we made the decision to move the fridge out into the living for more preparation space in the kitchen. 
The common bath is kept in a dark theme with large format tiles to reduce the grout lines.
