Homeowner got their 4-room BTO at 445A New Punggol Road, and with a $40K reno budget, we knew the owner wanted it to feel warm, functional, and timeless. Instead of cramming it with trends that wouldn’t last, we focused on quality finishes, neutral colours, and furniture that owners actually use every day. Here’s how we brought it all together: Kitchen & Dining Zone 🍽️ – We went for a mix of dark and warm wood cabinetry, paired with crisp white quartz countertops. The handle-less design keeps everything sleek and easy to clean. Our dining table and bench were custom-selected to match the kitchen tones, so the whole space flows seamlessly. Living Room 🛋️ – Our beige textured sofa is one of the homeowner's favourite buys — cosy enough for Netflix nights but structured enough to keep the space looking tidy. Paired with a curved wood TV console, sheer curtains, and high-gloss flooring, the living area feels bright yet grounded. Bedroom 🛏️ – We kept it calm with a muted grey palette. The upholstered headboard and sliding-door wardrobe make the room feel bigger, while still giving owners plenty of storage. This is the homeowner's little sanctuary. Study & Workspace 💻 – A simple light wood desk, floating shelf, and round mirror keep the study corner airy and functional. It’s where homeowners work, read, and sometimes just sit with a cup of tea. Small Details That Matter ✨ – A round wall clock above the dining table, a commissioned art piece for the hallway, and even our choice of warm under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen… all these little touches make it feel like home.
