Keeping toilets dry! Ventilation, fan and mesh. We love a dry toilet! We didnt want to put a glass panel because of all the work (in scrubbing and cleaning the water marks) and also safety reasons (shattered glass cases). So we decided to install a kerb in both of the toilets. This way, when we shower, at least all the soap is kept within the shower area. Not a lot of water gets splashed out either! On top of that, we bought a toilet ceiling fan+light from JB which also has remote control. So everytime after shower, we will just on the fan and let it run till the toilet dries - quite fast! This is also great for SG weather where you literally can sweat just by doing business in toilet. Haha We also ensured ventilation by keeping the toilet top window open, but installed a black DIY mesh to keep insects and peering eyes away. This airbot is a mustttt have. With 1200sqft to clean, it gets really tiring for us to sweep and mop and vacuum weekly. With this, we can literally chill and just let it run around the house. We have a cat, and also we live in the lower floor surrounded by trees. So for safety reasons, and to keep insects/pests out, we decided to engage Oneko to install these meshes in every window (except toilet). This is definitely much needed and it is worth the money spent!
