Highly recommend getting furniture from jb to save $$. We bought our dining set and sofa for $2.5k, which you can’t get in sg for this price! 
Our dining set consist of a marble table, bench and 2 chairs. For the marble table, there was a wide range of selection for us to choose: - the marble grain/color - shape, length - table leg design 
We love our sofa! It is one-piece without the gap in the middle and can be used as a bed too. We have had naps on this sofa and at times we dozed off while watching tv. The sofa is also water resistant and scratch resistant. Spills can easily be wiped off and we tested it before buying. Sofa cover can be removed to wash too. We could select the color of the sofa and also for the 2 cushions included.
