Sharing the paint, laminate and tile codes we selected for our home 🤍 We kept our colour palette intentionally simple to avoid the headache of figuring out how different shades would interact.
For the foyer, we used Bourbon Vanilla and Dark Loft Birch (both from Panaplast). We opted for a brighter laminate to lift the space, especially since the foyer is enclosed and serves as a dedicated area for wearing shoes.
Designed to feel calm and inviting, our living room is finished with lightly textured Limewash paint from Bauwerk. As light moves across the different wall angles, the same paint code reveals layers of depth and character. The travertine stone extends nearly five metres to meet the wall, acting as a subtle yet defining feature of the space.
Dark Loft Birch was the very first accent laminate we came across during our renovation journey, recommended by our ID. We were initially unconvinced and ended up visiting three more laminate stores in search of alternatives. True enough, we didn’t find anything we loved more; the soft wood-grain texture is incredibly soothing to the eye.
We paired this darker laminate with Barley White to help our compact kitchen feel brighter and more spacious.
We were fortunate not to have any pipe box-ups in our bathroom, allowing the Dark Loft Birch finish to be appreciated across a wider, uninterrupted expanse. For the flooring and walls, we opted for a travertine look throughout, using Italian tiles from Soon Bee Huat.
Our dining room was designed to be where everyone gathers. A mix of limewash and Nippon’s Bonito Flakes on the pantry wall adds subtle texture, perfectly balancing the colourful play of furniture.
