In Singapore’s heat, fans make a big difference. We use different types of fans around the house depending on the space and purpose.
We installed a ceiling fan in the dining area. This spot can get quite warm, especially when the sun hits during lunch or dinner time. The fan helps move the air around so the space feels cooler.
There's also a ceiling fan in the living room since this is where we spend most of our time as a family. It helps circulate air across a larger area and keeps the whole space comfortable.
In the bedroom, we chose a wall fan instead of a standing fan. The main reason is safety for the kids. Since it’s mounted on the wall, they can’t reach it or put their fingers into the fan.
Fans are a small detail in the home, but in Singapore’s weather, they are definitely a must-have.
