These are usually at the dining area, depending on the vibe. Placemats are from Nitori, love how lowkey they look on darker tabletops. 
Was trying to go for a European/cottagecore vibe for the dining area with some ornate items. They were pretty affordable from shopee and are still in pretty good shape (we’ve been using the mats for over a year) 
Just bought some sugar tongs, hoping to get a glas container to store sugar cubes for a cottage core vibe.
