Essentials for a Cozy Living Room

Just over this weekend we finally limewashed our living room wall! We've always had it in our plans but it was too expensive, so we waited till things settled before we did it ourselves. It was tough work but we loved how it made our home that much cozier 🥰😌 Scroll to the last image to see what this space looks like at night!
While making decisions for our home, we made sure everything was a muted beige/greige or had an organic flair (like the linen curtains). This certainly helped in creating a calmer space at home.

Nothing beats a quiet afternoon weekend with a cake to share with each other, paired with a warm cup of coffee. Also, shoutout to ikea for creating this side table in this colour - it was love at first sight 😍
Why do we need surround-sound speakers, Spotify, a vinyl player and a guitar? Beats me (LOL), but it makes my husband happy and I'm not complaining 🤪

We don't get to burn these candles often because of our dog, but these certainly come in useful to create a restful space (more so when we're getting ready for guests). This time round, we brought out our Christmas scented candles since we're stepping into October 🍂
