Hi everyone! Welcome to Deshaohaus's entrance, the first place we step into when we enter our house. The first thing you notice is our cute Muji bench where we sit to wear our shoes. I love how it fits the corner so perfectly! We also have an Ikea shoe rack beside it to place the shoes we wear frequently. We flushed everything to the right to ensure sufficient space to walk. 
We saved some money by not changing the doors and gates of the house. Instead, we laminated the door with a grey textured laminate. We really love how the colour blends in with the flooring. Of course, we needed to make our home smart and digital locks the way to go! We are currently using the previous owner's digital locks but are planning to change it soon. 
Behind the door, we installed a mirror so we can check our OOTD just before we leave home. This is also how we hid our DB boxes. 
We installed this curtain at the gate to prevent water from splashing into the house when it rains. It also allows for privacy as our house is situated along the corridor. 
We conceal our bomb shelter and shoe rack with this feature wall/ laminate. It makes the house a little unique and stands out from the usual brown flooring and carpentry. 
A sneak peak into our shoe cabinets. Great thing is that there's no handles which makes the design looks sleek. Instead, it uses a push mechanism to open the door. 
Beside our bomb shelter is our display shelves where we put decor items like pop mart, cute stuff toys from overseas trips as well as photos and storage organisers.
