Floorplan for 93mΒ², 4room BTO
With a DB Box at the back of our main door, theres only limited depth for our foyer carpentry if we were to flush them straight in line along with our main door when opening. To make living room look spacious, we didnt opt for any partition too.
Will share more about our thoughts along the way(I mean posts π€£)
DEFECTS CHECKS !
Check your biggest purchase before you start working on it!
Its the same like how you always check your product infront of the cashier π€£ But now,you check beyond the cashier which you dont get any judgy eyes ππ
It took us abt a month to clear and gave all reported defect a pass frm BSC becoz we only manage to come over during the weekends (and that we cant do it after our work on those weekdays before its so dark to check them all w just a phone torchπ₯² and its so scary goin ard a empty, quiet and dark house with just a shinning torch..hahahah)
We didnt engage with a defect company, so that saved us about 200-400$
Instead, I googled some tips /to-look-out -for and items to bring for defect checks. I even bring my friends who just did their house 2years ago, so they can share their tips.
And of course the best checker in all the families, aunts and mom (i mean since they are as curious to see our BTO, and they always knw what to check on infront of the cashierπ€£)
Its a good idea π‘ π
π₯°π₯°π₯° loving it and thank you all π
Lastly, this is how it looks like when submitting to BSC. Its best you write it down too so that they can checkbox them.
If there are too many defects on a wall, paste that blue defect tape n remember to take a pic of them.
This is because once they fix the defects (or find that its not actually a defect), they will remove the tape.. and you wont remember where all defect are. π
Thanks for reading and scrolling thru my post if you have make it to here. π π
