I think many of our guests and clients are drawn by our textured paint - it's a nice non-plain background without it being messy! It's also super neutral, so it goes well with many things. 
Our clients also love this concealed, secret door! They also have liberty to move things around as they wish, and sometimes we will keep them as how they were shot. It's just our way to outsource the creative styling of our house ;) 
Surprisingly, the service yard has been getting so many complements (and of course, photos) when our space is rented out! It's surprising to us because well this is, our chores and cleaning area haha. So seeing it transform into beautiful photos is so amazing!
