Costs to construct a sink in the service yard
1
We have a sink in our service yard! How and how much does that cost to construct? I'm not sure if everyone wants a sink in the service yard but we did! We insisted on having one despite it being additional costs. We initially thought we will be using it for dirty laundry etc but we use it more when the kitchen sink is occupied haha! So more like for washing hands, or washing dirty table cloths. Not much of laundry. However, since we host quite abit, the sink is still something we would want to have. Not like we would have used the space for anything else! Please refer to the last image for our final costs! and because we signed with our ID in 2023 (reno in 2024), the cost would been inflated now in 2026 so please take note!
