I recently purchased a spacious 5-room HDB resale flat, spanning 1485 sq ft. Below is the original floor plan as handed over from the previous owner. With a vision to create a unique living space. To maximize the property's potential, I plan to convert it into a dual-key unit, offering separate living areas while maintaining a sense of connection with my family and kid. This renovation aims to blend functionality with comfort, providing a unique living experience tailored to our evolving lifestyle.
