The units in our BTO project do not come with a service yard. We had wanted to build a door for our laundry area, but decided not to after seeing the very tiny kitchen in real life. Glad we made it work with our current layout! Steigen is a must for us as we don’t get any direct sunlight in our kitchen. 
We usually keep our laundry the next day so they don’t smell like food. 
We planned for laundry items like detergent and hangers to be stored in the drawer right next to our washer. This makes our laundry process smooth and quick! 
Laundry essentials! We like that our countertop is kept bare and clutter-free! We keep a clean consistent look with stainless steel hangers from Taobao.
