When we got this house, we didn’t really plan on what to do with the two other rooms cos we are a DINK couple. 2 months after moving in, we decided to adopt a cat (his name is Amin and his ig is @clingyamin). So the first room is now transformed into a cat room! At first it was really sad and empty haha because our cat is 6 years old, he’s not really into climbing and he don’t really like staying in one room. So despite buying cat condos, he usually free roams and would sleep/run around anywhere in the house (he’s the boss duh). So recently we decided to get a sofabed from Hipvan/Communa so we could use this room as a guest room too when needed! And also fill this awkward space in the room. 
The only thing our cat needs in his room tbh. Hahaha. Previously we used a stainless steel litter box. But it was too high, he would need more effort to climb in or jump over. So we decided to get this one so it’s lower and easier for him to enter and exit. The litter mat is a must for catching excess litter!
