Following our previous posts, we ended up going with the box shaped 101sqm layout. It combines the dining and living area, so any partitioning would be done purely with the furniture. It gives us the flexibility snd huge amounts of floor space that we love.
Decluttered spaces also work well for the wabi sabi theme and it gives us time to feel and plan what other items we need in the house.
We plan for the storeroom to be the first point of contact from the entrance of the house. The idea is to keep a decluttered wabi sabi theme and by having a functioning storage space to unload our bags in the storeroom, it would be easier to hide day to day items.
This is the UX plan come to live at last. A wide entrancw way with a straight look into the kitchen, with the dining table and the store room as first points of contact.
A look at the box layout combining the living and dining areas.
The following posts will show how we fill up the living area to complete the wabi sabi look.
