Welcome back to ej_projecthome! This week we will explore the bathroom. When designing this space, we wanted something that is a sanctuary that you want to go to after a long day. We didn't want any marble in the toilet, because we felt it makes the space look cold. Warm, cosy and calming is what we were going for. 
For the vanity, we took a bold approach and went with black for the cabinets and the countertop. We love the colour contrast against the wall tiles. The pop of colour makes it look more visually appealing and interesting. 
We added some foliage on the vanity countertop, to give a calming touch to the space. 
We installed these beautiful marble corner niches to put our shower essentials. As for the toilet fittings, we went with brass because we love the colour and how it blends well with the wall tiles in the bathroom.
