Much simpler, but still warm. Much closer to my mood board too!
Not only did my living room change over the years, but my mood board did too.
I wanted to keep everything loose because I knew I would want to change things up (my friends say my house looks different each time they visit), so I didn’t need an ID, contractor, carpenter, or any built in work done in this room.

My mood board. Organic and planty!
Would love to make the purple warmer (I have considered a bed skirt or a wrap, but haven’t committed to either yet). I like the colour but don’t think it fits my mood board. Things don’t have to fit 100% though and I do like looking at the happy colour.
Would also like to make my bed look fluffier but I know it’s difficult to not feel super warm under multiple duvets to achieve that hotel look.
So this is her for now!

Mood board of all my in between spaces. Still woody.
Started with a little coffee table.
Evolved into a whole dining set up for family BBQs :)
Your house will grow with your needs, and that’s ok! The flexibility and change has taught me to take it slow and setup clear mood boards that I can always refer back to.
